In accordance with Federal Law, the St Joseph’s Health Amphitheater operates several strict venue policies
St. Josephs Health Amp at Lakeview is dedicated to creating a safe and fun atmosphere for all guests. To ensure this, they’ve created a set of policies that everyone should read, understand, and follow. Failure to follow these rules may lead to being expelled from the venue without refund and possibly banned. If you have any questions about these policies, please call the venue at 315.435.5100.
St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
While pets are permitted in the park for non-concert days, pets are not permitted during concerts. Certified service animals are permitted and admitted into the amphitheater. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained.
All bags will be searched upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates.
Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Professional camera/video equipment is prohibited without appropriate credentials, per show. SUBJECT TO CHANGE – The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that they will be allowing cameras in. Video-recording is never permitted.
Lawn chairs are permitted to be brought into the venue, however, they cannot exceed the size of 35.5” x 26” x 37.4” when fully deployed. Inflatable seating units are not permitted.
Rental chairs will be available for those who do not wish to transport & carry a chair to the venue
Children 1 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap. All children who have celebrated their second birthday do require a ticket for admission to shows.
St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview does not allow weapons of any kind within the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one (1) gallon in size for most events. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic bottles and Camel baks are not permitted unless otherwise noted within the specific event information
Lawn Seating Policy
The lawn is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Lost & Found Policy
Items found during an event are taken to the Guest Services tent. After a show, you may inquire about lost belongings Monday-Friday, 10:00AM – 5:00PM (holidays excluded) or call 315-435-8040. Items not claimed by September 30th will be discarded.
Prohibited Items List
The following items are not welcome within the venue. Please leave them at home. List is subject to change and may vary depending on the visiting performer.
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Large or oversized bags/back packs, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized back packs
- Laser pointers
- Animals (except service animals)
- Inflatable chairs or balls
- Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by management.
Due to security issues, once you are past the entry gate and your ticket has been scanned, you cannot leave the show and re-enter.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted within the pavilion area. Outside of the pavilion, the venue will kindly ask that you smoke/vape away from seating areas – especially if guests around you are complaining.
. Please observe these closely during your visit; remember, these are in place for the comfort, enjoyment, and most importantly, the safety of you and other guests.
All bags must be clear plastic and under 12”x12”x6” in order to be allowed entry into the venue. All bags and coats will be subject to search upon entry. To save time, guests are encouraged to bring as few bags and items into the venue as possible.
The current camera policy allows cell phones and small personal cameras into the venue. Cameras with a detachable lens are considered professional and not permitted entry into the venue, with the exception of some shows where artists waive this rule. Please check the details of your particular show before bringing professional camera equipment to the venue. Video recording is not permitted under any circumstances.
The St Joseph’s Health Amphitheater does NOT permit re-entry into the venue. Please bear this in mind before leaving the venue, as you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Items not permitted within the St Joseph’s Health Amphitheater include; balls, balloons and similar, beverages other than factory-sealed bottled water, electronics of any kind other than cell phones (ipads, video game consoles, etc), any glass objects, lawn Chairs larger than 35.5″ x 26″ x 37.4″, selfie sticks, weapons or firearms of any description including pocket knives.
The use of cigarettes, pipes etc or e-cigarettes is not permitted within the pavilion area. Please smoke outside the pavilion, and do so away from the seating areas, being considerate of other guests.
Most importantly, when enjoying any show or event at Lakeview Amphitheater please follow the Golden Rule: Be respectful and mindful of the others around you.
